DLT Center 3, officially the Bangkok Transportation Office Area 3, sits at 2479 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong, Bangkok 10260. It's one of Bangkok's main Department of Land Transport branches, and the one we work with directly for license conversions and applications.
