Shipping policy

Fatboys only provides shipping for Residence Certificate documents.

Customers who would like their Residence Certificate delivered must request delivery directly with the Fatboys team once the document is ready.

How to Request Delivery

1. Contact the Fatboys team and let us know you would like your Residence Certificate delivered.
2. Provide your full name, delivery address, phone number, and preferred delivery method.
3. Choose one of the following delivery options:
   • Grab Delivery: The customer arranges and pays the Grab delivery fee.
   • Thailand Post: Standard postal delivery is covered by Fatboys at no additional cost.
4. Carefully confirm that all delivery information is correct.
5. Once confirmed, Fatboys will prepare the document for delivery or postal dispatch.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. This includes the recipient’s full name, address, building or unit number where applicable, postcode, and contact phone number.

Fatboys is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, additional delivery charges, returned mail, or lost items resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If a delivery needs to be arranged again because the customer supplied incorrect details, any additional Grab, courier, or postal costs may be charged to the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery provider, destination, traffic conditions, and postal service schedules.

Fatboys is also not responsible for delays caused by Grab, Thailand Post, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
