Refund policy

All payments made to Fatboys are considered final and non-refundable once a service has been booked, confirmed, or provided.

Refunds will only be issued if Fatboys is unable to provide the service that has been paid for.

For car and motorbike rentals, rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period has started or the vehicle has been reserved for the customer. The only refundable amount is the security deposit, provided the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental agreement, without outstanding charges, damage, fines, fuel charges, or other deductions.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Fatboys reserves the right to deduct any outstanding amounts owed under the rental or service agreement from a refundable deposit before returning the remaining balance.
