90-Day Report

A 90-day report in Thailand is a requirement for foreigners staying in the country on a long-term visa to notify the Immigration Bureau of their current address every 90 days. This report confirms the foreigner's address and current status with Thai immigration. It can be done in person, by mail, by an authorized representative, or online, and must be filed within 15 days before or 7 days after the 90-day period ends. 

Purpose of the 90-day report
To confirm the address and current status of a foreigner with Thai immigration.
To keep a record of foreigners residing in Thailand long-term.
To help keep a visa active for those on long-term non-immigrant visas. 

Important considerations
If you leave and re-enter Thailand, the 90-day count starts again from day 1.
This is a notification of stay and is not the same as a visa extension. 

90-Day Report Service

If you submit your 90-day report within the due date:

- With physical passport: 1,500 THB

- Without physical passport: 2,000 THB

Note: This rate applies only for Bangkok Immigration.
For other provinces, an additional 500 THB fee will be applied.

Processing time is within 3 days, excluding the day we collect your passport.
You will also have a personal agent who will remind you of your next 90-day report.

⚠️ Notes and Conditions

1. In the event that 90-day reporting is not submitted within the specified period, there is a fine of 2,000 THB.

2. The date the customer sends the passport to the office, there must be at least 3 working days remaining before the deadline/required date.

3. If using the passport for the service, the customer must deliver and collect the passport at the office. Alternatively, if the customer is not able to come in to deliver and collect the passport, a private transport service (messenger) can be called, with the customer responsible for the actual cost.

4. For returning customers who have previously left a positive review on Google, a 10% discount applies.
